NICU Family Advisory Council

The NICU Family Advisory Council (NICU FAC) was formed in December 2013. The council members draw from their NICU experiences, and from other families, to provide input and feedback to the NICU team. Their goal is to increase its positive impact on health care delivery in the NICU at Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

What is the membership commitment? 

  • Each member serves a two-year term

Who serves on this council? 

  • The membership is made up of families who have experienced care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Phoenix Children's Hospital. 

How can I join?
