Phoenix Children’s Employee Alerts sent via SMS Text Message

Phoenix Children’s provides employees with various informational messages during their shift. These messages and alerts are used to provide employees with relevant and timely information related to their jobs and include alerts such as meeting reminders, assignments and internal informational alerts.

Employees may opt-out, opt-in or ask questions about the alerts by calling (602)-933-5631 or emailing HR@phoenixchildrens.com. In addition, you can reply HELP for help.

Employees using their own phones may OPT-OUT of the service at any time by replying to a text message with the word STOP or they may contact PCH Human Resources and request that their cell phone number be removed or identified for no messaging.

There is no charge for the service from Phoenix Children’s but message and data rates may apply for SMS text messages received by the employee on their own phones.

Phoenix Children’s and mobile phone carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, and Phoenix Children’s never relies on the delivery or receipt of such messages in delivering the world class care it provides.

These messages and alerts are protected under Phoenix Children’s Privacy Policy.

Phoenix Children’s provides patients with various informational messages before, during and after their visit. These messages and alerts are used to provide patients with relevant and timely information related to their care and include alerts such as appointment reminders, prescription alerts and normal lab results.

The messages are sent per medical visit where relevant medical and administrative information needs to be communicated to the patient. They are sent in a 15-day time period surrounding the relevant visit to the organization.

Patients may opt-out, opt-in or ask questions about the alerts by calling (602)-933-8000 or emailing HIMrecordrequests@phoenixchildrens.com. In addition, you can reply HELP for help.
