The 2019 Summit on Ketogenic Diet Therapies, September 13-14, 2019, in Phoenix, AZ, will host some of the most respected and renowned experts in the field, to create an inspiring learning venue.

The 2019 Summit on Ketogenic Diet Therapies is an accredited program designed to enhance the practitioner’s knowledge of common and complex ketogenic diet therapies, including presenting signs and symptoms, recommendations for specialist consultation and new treatment advances.
An application for 12.5 CPE/CME is being submitted with the following accredited providers:
- The Charlie Foundation - accredited and approved by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) as a provider for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) units for Registered Dietitians.
- The University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson - accredited by the Accreditation Council for
Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
