Phoenix Children’s Emergency Department
If your child has a severe injury, illness or a life-threatening medical concern, call 9-1-1 immediately. The Phoenix Children’s Emergency Department, located at our Thomas Campus (1919 E. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85016), is fully staffed, equipped and prepared whenever your child needs us most. Phoenix Children’s Urgent Care
If your child requires same-day medical attention during the evening or weekend, Phoenix Children’s has five pediatric urgent care locations throughout the Valley. The hours for all Urgent Care locations are:
- Monday through Friday: 5 p.m. - 11 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Phoenix Children’s Pediatrics
For questions and concerns that happen after normal business hours, patient families of Phoenix Children’s Pediatrics have access to our on-call triage service with pediatric nurses available to answer medical questions or concerns 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
