Virtual Visits

Live Video Stream

Stay Connected

When a family’s child needs to be hospitalized, parents and loved ones want to be with them 24/7 and never leave their side. But so often, parents must return to work and care for other children. And extended family members often live too far away to visit in-person or during regular visiting hours.

Phoenix Children’s Virtual Visit program allows loved ones to visit their child from anywhere, at any time, with an Internet connection via a secure, real-time video feed. At no cost to you, a camera (about the size of a smartphone) can provide a live, video-only stream into your child’s room 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

How to Access Virtual Visits

As a parent, you will be offered the option to access the Virtual Visit program when your child is admitted to the hospital. If you would like to have access, we will send you an invitation so you can create a secure account.

Also, parents or guardians may share this invitation with family and close friends. You will have access to the Virtual Visit program until your child is discharged from the hospital.
