PERFORMANCE GAP/PHYSICIAN NEEDS ASSESSMENT: Continually teach and update our audience on the new information,

latest guidelines, techniques, technologies and research in pediatric medicine.

1.  Inform community physicians about the availability of off-hours newborn care.

2.  Analyze the data and determine the effectiveness and need for utilizing available weekend newborn care.
