You don’t take this journey alone. One of the ways the Phoenix Children’s Heart Center helps families meet their unique needs is through a variety support services. Your Heart Center team can introduce you to resources that help your family through the complex world of pediatric heart disease treatment. It can be overwhelming and confusing, but that's what we're here for — to help guide you!
We offer a range of services, both for patients and their families:
For Patients — When treating a child at our Heart Center, we want to provide as many resources and comforts as possible. Some of our campus features include:
- Playrooms, toys and games
- Educational library
- Nutritional services
- Continuing education through 1 Darn Cool School
- Pet therapy
For Families — From support groups to social work assistance, we provide families of Heart Center patients a host of support services. Families and loved ones have access to dedicated family spaces on our main campus, as well as referral options for additional programs like Ronald McDonald House, Child Life (for sibling support) and more.
The Phoenix Children's Heart Center provides a vast range of care services to patients, from fetal care through young adults living with congenital heart conditions. Our medical services and programs include clinical services for the diagnosis and treatment of congenital and acquired heart disease in infants and children. We believe in the team approach — we're better together! We love that we're able to bring together diverse pediatric specialists under one roof, providing children with the best care possible.
