Phoenix Children's commitment to protecting staff

Like health care professionals worldwide, Phoenix Children’s staff are working tirelessly to care for our patients and serve this community. We are immensely proud of them and grateful for their work.

Phoenix Children’s is committed to protecting our employees and their paychecks in order to continue providing top-quality care to Arizona’s families when they need us most. While the COVID-19 pandemic has created financial uncertainty across the world, we are proud of the steps we have taken to address these challenges while protecting our workforce: Phoenix Children’s has not furloughed any Phoenix Children’s employee, and we are committed to protecting pay for our dedicated staff.

Phoenix Children’s has implemented the Pay Protection Program, which ensures that all full-time and part-time employees receive pay for 100% of their budgeted hours in April. Phoenix Children’s is proud to extend our Pay Protection Program through June 6, 2020.

Through these actions, Phoenix Children’s will provide income protection and support to our employees. The organization is proud to provide hope, healing and the best health care to our patients and families, now and into the future.
