June 16, 2020 - For the fourth time, Phoenix Children’s Hospital earned national rankings by U.S. News & World Report’s Best Children’s Hospitals in 10 out of 10 specialties. The health system is the only children’s hospital in Arizona ever to have been recognized by U.S. News & World Report and one of only 24 children’s hospitals in the United States to rank in all 10 surveyed specialties for 2020-2021.

May 11, 2020 - As Arizonans continue to abide by COVID 19 social distancing restrictions, drowning risk for Arizona’s children is expected to rise. Toddlers in Arizona are already drowning at double the national rate. Economic hardship is also increasing caregiver stress, childcare options are severely limited, and families are confined to apartments and single-family homes, where drowning risk is highest.

Phoenix-area partnership creates Arizona’s only Tourette Association of America Center of Excellence
March 02, 2020 - The Phoenix Tourette Syndrome, a unique partnership between Phoenix Children’s Hospital and Banner Sun Health Research Institute, has been verified as a Center of Excellence by the Tourette Association of America, an institution that aims to advance research and advocacy for Tourette Syndrome and other tic disorders.
