Ifat Zerin Krase, MD, is a specialist in pediatric allergy and immunology at Phoenix Children's. Dr. Krase provides a wide range of treatment options for patients with allergies, asthma and immune deficiencies. She has a clinical interest in oral immunotherapy and the treatment of allergic rhinitis, asthma, chronic urticaria and immune deficiencies as well as food and drug allergies.

Ifat Zerin Krase, MD, is a specialist in pediatric allergy and immunology at Phoenix Children's. Dr. Krase provides a wide range of treatment options for patients with allergies, asthma and immune deficiencies. Dr. Krase earned her undergraduate degree, Doctor of Pharmacy degree and Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. She completed her internal medicine residency at Banner University Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona, and her fellowship training in allergy, asthma and clinical immunology at Mayo Clinic and Phoenix Children's. Dr. Krase is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology; the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology; and the Arizona Allergy and Asthma Society.

Committed to advancing medicine through clinical research, Dr. Krase has published peer-reviewed research in the journals Clinical Immunology, JAMA Dermatology and Current Opinion in Allergy and Clinical Immunology. She has also presented at conferences including the annual meetings of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology; the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; and the Clinical Immunology Society.

Dr. Krase pursued a career in medicine because of her love for learning, a desire to be continually challenged and her passion to care for others. Dr. Krase enjoys the diverse community Phoenix's Children's serves and believes in treating every patient and family with sensitivity, respect and compassion. She strives to provide the highest standard of care for her patients and believes a team approach provides the best outcomes.

In her free time, Dr. Krase enjoys relaxing with her husband and two young boys, as well as reading, trying new restaurants, running, hiking and exploring all the valley has to offer.
