Kristin Zorn, MD, is a pediatric oncologist with the Phoenix Children's Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders specializing in pediatric blood cancers. The opportunity to be part of a growing team and focus on pediatric leukemia and continued research led her to Phoenix Children's.

Dr. Zorn loves the science of medicine. However, it was her love for helping children and their families navigate challenging situations and complex diagnoses that made pediatric oncology a perfect fit. After earning her medical degree at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison, Wisconsin, Dr. Zorn completed a pediatric residency at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. She completed a fellowship in pediatric hematology, oncology and bone marrow transplant at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals in Milwaukee.

Dr. Zorn is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She's a member of the American Society of Hematology, the American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and the Children's Oncology Group.

Dr. Zorn is active in medical research because she knows the importance of making discoveries that improve the lives of children with cancer. In addition to publishing in professional journals, Dr. Zorn has presented at local and national professional meetings. Most recently, she presented her research on myeloid sarcoma at the American Society of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology national meeting.

Believing that parents and caregivers know their children best, Dr. Zorn works closely with them to identify their child's unique needs and challenges to develop the best care plan possible.

When she's not working, Dr. Zorn enjoys baking and spending time with her husband and children.
