About Shean Huey (Jasmine) Ng, MD

Shean Huey (Jasmine) Ng, MD, is a pediatric physiatrist specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation with a subspecialty in pediatric rehabilitation medicine. Dr. Ng strives to treat every child and family as she would her own loved ones.

Dr. Ng's experience during a year-long medical mission trip to Asia led her to become a pediatric physiatrist. Seeing one child's resilience to learn how to stand and walk was life changing.

"Standing and engaging at eye level for the first time transformed that child's development," Dr. Ng says. "I was forever changed too, and humbled by a child's ability to mirror hope for all of us."

The opportunity to meet the need for pediatric rehabilitation in Arizona drew Dr. Ng to Phoenix Children's. She appreciates being part of a growing program within an ever-expanding healthcare system.
