We have interest in facilitating and optimizing multi-disciplinary coordination of care regarding thyroid, adrenal, and parathyroid disease. Involvement of multiple specialties sometimes results in fragmentation of care or poor coordination and development of consensus care plans. We want to develop a system of practice which integrates multiple specialties optimizes quality and efficiency of patient care.
