How to Apply

Infectious Diseases Fellowship

Accepting applications through ERAS

To apply to the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Fellowship Program at Phoenix Children's through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service), applicants must submit several key documents. These include the applicants CV (Curriculum Vitae), LoRs (letters of recommendation) (letters of recommendation), and a Photograph.

When using the MyERAS application, applicants enter their personal information and submit these supporting documents to the programs they choose. The MyERAS application allows applicants to customize their application for individual programs or groups of programs in the same specialties using specific ERAS documents such as Personal Statements and LoRs.

Applicants are advised to take their time completing each section of the application and can save information in each section individually. It is important to note that once the MyERAS application is certified and submitted, it cannot be changed or updated, except for the Personal Information section. Therefore, careful review and proofreading of the application before submission are crucial.

For more detailed information on the application process, required documents, and tips for completing the MyERAS application, you can visit the ERAS Fellowships Documents Office and the MyERAS Application for Fellowship Applicants page on the AAMC website.
