Our family-focused team consists of board-certified rheumatologists (the only pediatric rheumatologists in the state of Arizona), pediatric nurses and medical assistants. If your child requires imaging services, you can count on Phoenix Children’s to provide safe, high-quality images – and world class care. We will collaborate with your child’s primary care physician or specialty provider to properly diagnose and treat your child.

What Is Pediatric Radiology?

Pediatric radiology uses a variety of technologies to capture high-resolution images of a child’s internal organs, tissues and bones. Some of these technologies use radiation to make images, and others, like ultrasound and MRI, do not.

Radiation Oncology Program

With specialized training from world-renowned clinics and hospitals, the radiation oncology team at Mayo Clinic in Arizona are members of the Children’s Oncology Group and have published peer-reviewed publications.

In our partnership with Mayo Clinic Arizona, we’re able to provide our patients with the most current, state-of-the-art radiation therapy treatments available at Mayo, including proton beam therapy.
