She is a site P.I. for PUSH, a NIDDK-sponsored multi-institutional study aimed at determining the utility of abdominal ultrasound, as well as other imaging modalities and biomarkers, to predict the development of advanced liver disease in pediatric patients with cystic fibrosis. She was recently awarded her institution’s clinician research scholars award to support further research in CF-liver disease and the interaction with the GI microbiome. Dr. Green enjoys multi-institutional projects and is collaborating on CF-related projects both at a national and international level with the goal of continuing to lead advancements in the field of CF GI and liver disease.
